Rosie's Chocolate Cake is baked in an angel food pan. Use a chocolate or white icing to dress it up.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 teaspoons cocoa
- 2 cups flour
Directions
- Mix first five ingredients together. Sift together flour and cocoa. Add to first ingredients. Bake in greased and floured angel cake pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
