Rosie's Chocolate Cake is baked in an angel food pan. Use a chocolate or white icing to dress it up.

Ingredients

1 cup cold water
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 teaspoons cocoa
2 cups flour

Directions

Mix first five ingredients together. Sift together flour and cocoa. Add to first ingredients. Bake in greased and floured angel cake pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
