Roquefort Cheese Dressing isn't just for salad. Try it on thinly sliced roast beef.

Ingredients

4 ounces Roquefort cheese
1/4 cup white wine
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups mayonaise
1/2 cup milk
3 medium cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

Mash cheese and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Store in a tightly covered jar.
