Rolled banana in a lettuce leaf with other kid favorites mixed in.


  • 2 head lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut in half lengthwise


  1. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves. Spread the peanut butter on one side of both leaves. Sprinkle with the carrot, raisins and seeds or nuts.
  2. Place the banana at one end and roll the leave around it.
