Crisp, crunchy chicken salad.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) package slaw mix
- 2 small red apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Directions
- Mix together the mayonnaise and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss lightly to coat.
