A blend of scotch, Italian sweet vermouth and a few dashes of orange bitters and Pernod make this a somewhat complex yet light concoction with an appealing dusky orange color.
- 1-1/2 ounces scotchv
- 1/2 ounce Italian sweet vermouth
- dash orange bitters
- dash Pernod
- Put a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the prepared glass; serve immediately.
