Slow cooked roasted turkey.
- 3 1/2- 4 pounds skinless turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Rub the turkey with the butter and arrange in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with the salt. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and spoon over the turkey for the last hour.
