Roasted Turkey Breast

Slow cooked roasted turkey.


  • 3 1/2- 4 pounds skinless turkey breast
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


  1. Rub the turkey with the butter and arrange in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with the salt. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and spoon over the turkey for the last hour.
