  • 2 cups jarred roasted red peppers, drained, but reserve some of the liquid
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of unblanched almonds
  • 1/4 cup of tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup of prepared pesto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If the dip looks thick, add a bit of the reserved juice from the peppers.
