Pecans are mixed in cinnamon mixture and roasted.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup pecan (halves)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (ground)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease the baking pan.
  3. Add cinnamon, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Take a bowl, add egg white and water in it.
  5. Beat it until it becomes fluffy.
  6. Dip the pecans in it and coat them with this mixture.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over the coated pecans.
  8. Place the pecans over the preheated pan and bake until well done. Stir every 10-15 minutes.
  9. Refrigerate and serve.
