Delicious low-fat roasted potato side dish.
- 4 medium new potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons fat-free margarine, melted
- 3 small onions, quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- Combine the margarine and marjoram in the bottom of a casserole dish. Stir in the potatoes and onions and toss until well coated.
- Cover and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1- 1 1/2 hours.
