Roasted garlic has a mellow and almost sweet taste that adds wonderful depth and flavor to plain mayonnaise.
- 2 medium heads roasted garlic
- 1 cup plain mayonnaise
- Gently squeeze the roasted garlic out of their papery skins and mash with a fork in a bowl. The mashed garlic should measure to about 3 tablespoons in total.
- Add the mayonnaise to the bowl and blend the mixture well to combine. Store the spread in an airtight container until ready to use.
