Slow cooked roasted chicken breasts.
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
- Cover both sides of the chicken with the oil. Sprinkle them with the parsley, salt and pepper. Place in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
