Not everyone likes Brussels sprouts, but it's hard to resist them when they're cooked like this. Roasted Brussels sprouts are soft and warm, and the heavy coating of salt makes them more of a savory treat than a hard to eat vegetable. Try this recipe just one time, and even your most finicky eaters will become Brussels sprouts eaters.
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Wash the Brussles sprouts and cut them in half. Move them to a baking sheet.
- Pour the olive oil over the Brussels sprouts and top to coat.
- Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
- Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts begin to brown.
