Pork roast and tomato dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pound lean pork roast
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Arrange the roast in a roasting pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast. Marinate overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover and bake for 4 hours.
