Pork roast and tomato dinner.
Ingredients
- 4-6 pound lean pork roast
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Arrange the roast in a roasting pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast. Marinate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover and bake for 4 hours.
