Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 tub sour cream
- 1 jar salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese, your choice
- JalapeƱo peppers, if desired
- Black olives, if desired
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the refried beans, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. Top with peppers and olives, if desired.
- Bake uncovered until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or in a soft taco shell. Note: If you prefer a non-vegetarian dish, this recipe can also be made with ground beef or turkey as the first layer.
