A Tom Collins with white rum in place of the classic gin.
Ingredients
- 2 ounce white rum
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons superfine sugar
- Club soda as needed
Directions
- Stir the first 3 ingredients in a highball glass until the sugar has dissolved. Add ice to the top of the glass then fill with club soda.
