A Tom Collins with white rum in place of the classic gin.


  • 2 ounce white rum
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • Club soda as needed


  1. Stir the first 3 ingredients in a highball glass until the sugar has dissolved. Add ice to the top of the glass then fill with club soda.
