Chile pepper, fresh lime, agave nectar and Cachaça are combined to form this passionate and lively blend of flavors.

  • 1 barspoon agave nectar
  • 3 chile pepper slices
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 2 ounces cachaça
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • chile pepper slices to garnish


  1. Place the agave nectar, chile pepper slices and lime wedgesinto a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker, fill with crushed ice and then vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds to combine.
  3. Pour the contents of the shaker into a cocktail glass, garnish and serve immediately.
