Simple rice and mixed vegetable salad.
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 3 cups cooked rice
- Combine the salad dressing and mayonnaise. Stir in the vegetables and rice. Toss until well coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
