Simple rice and mixed vegetable salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Directions

  1. Combine the salad dressing and mayonnaise. Stir in the vegetables and rice. Toss until well coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
