A change from the regular rice pudding recipes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 quarts milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried peaches, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Stir until well blended.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Stir the mixture.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
