Wonderful bread addition for meals
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold cooked rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease or line a dozen muffin cups.
- Mix together the rice, milk and eggs.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the rice mixture.
- Pour into the prepared cups and bake for 30 minutes.
