If you don't have a rice cooker, try your crock pot. You can add any chopped vegetable to this rice if you like.
- 4 cups rice
- Spray your crock pot with a non stick spray.
- Pour in the rice.
- Add water according to the directions on the rice package.
- Add salt.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
- Stir occasionally.
