Rice pudding with raisin.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Beat the eggs. Mix in the milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Add in the rice and raisins.
  3. Pour into a buttered baking dish and top with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake for 35 minutes.
