Rice pudding with raisin.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Beat the eggs. Mix in the milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Add in the rice and raisins.
- Pour into a buttered baking dish and top with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake for 35 minutes.
