Rice and Noodle Casserole makes a great side dish for a large crowd.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1, 12 ounce package bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
- 2 cans onion soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
Directions
- Brown cooked pasta in butter. Add other ingredients. Put in covered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes.
