Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups diced rhubarb
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Place the rhubarb, water and sugar into a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Carefully strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and then store in an airtight bottle until ready to use.
