A creamy Rhubarb and rum cocktail party punch. Calls for Rhubarb Elixir which can be found HERE.
- 1 quart Rhubarb Elixir
- 2 cups coconut rum
- 1 bottle (1 liter) fresh lemon-lime soda (optional)
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- Add the elixir and rum to a large pitcher or punch bowl filled halfway with ice. Stir until well mixed. Add the soda when ready to serve. Garnish glasses with the fruit.
