A creamy Rhubarb and rum cocktail party punch. Calls for Rhubarb Elixir which can be found HERE.


  • 1 quart Rhubarb Elixir
  • 2 cups coconut rum
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) fresh lemon-lime soda (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for garnish


  1. Add the elixir and rum to a large pitcher or punch bowl filled halfway with ice. Stir until well mixed. Add the soda when ready to serve. Garnish glasses with the fruit.
