A delicious fruit salad.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cut up rhubarb pieces
- 1 cup water
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Place the rhubarb in the water and cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender. Stir in the gelatin and sugar, stirring until dissolved. Cool until syrup like.
- Mix in the celery and nuts, refrigerate until firm.
