Rhubarb Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 quart diced rhubarb
  • 1 quart water
  • 3/4-1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions

  1. Cook the rhubarb (using the water) until tender.
  2. Drain using a cloth lined colander or strainer.
  3. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Mix in lemon juice.
  4. Chill.
