- 1 quart diced rhubarb
- 1 quart water
- 3/4-1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Cook the rhubarb (using the water) until tender.
- Drain using a cloth lined colander or strainer.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved. Mix in lemon juice.
