Rhubarb jam jarring recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 pounds sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Rind of 2 oranges
  • Juice of 2 oranges

Directions

  1. Wash, then chop the rhubarb into the small pieces.
  2. Mix together the rhubarb, sugar and water in a saucepan. Mix in the orange rind and juice. Heat on low for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour into 6 (6 ounce) sterilized jars. Seal.
