Rhubarb jam jarring recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds rhubarb
- 1 1/2 pounds sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Rind of 2 oranges
- Juice of 2 oranges
Directions
- Wash, then chop the rhubarb into the small pieces.
- Mix together the rhubarb, sugar and water in a saucepan. Mix in the orange rind and juice. Heat on low for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into 6 (6 ounce) sterilized jars. Seal.
