Sweet and simple Rhubarb daiquiri. Requires the Rhubarb Elixir which can be found HERE.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1 1/2 cups Rhubarb Elixir
- 4 ounces white rum
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
