A slow cooker reuben spread, wonderful served with rye bread slices.
- 1/2 pound chopped corned beef
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
