A quick and creamy relish blended deviled egg.
- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Remove the shell from the eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and mash in a bowl.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients and scoop the mixture back into the eggs. Sprinkle the paprika over top.
