Slow cooked red snapper fillets.
- 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 (8 ounce each) red snapper fillets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Arrange the bell peppers and onions in the slow cooker and arrange the red snapper on top.
- Place a dot of butter on each fish and top with the cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the fish flakes.
