Slow cooked red snapper fillets.


  • 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 (8 ounce each) red snapper fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. Arrange the bell peppers and onions in the slow cooker and arrange the red snapper on top.
  2. Place a dot of butter on each fish and top with the cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the fish flakes.
