This mix of seasoned salt gets its name from its red color derived from the paprika, curry and chili powder used in the blend. Use in place of plain salt for a delightful additional of flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Black Pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion Salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Marjoram
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, dried/minced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Chicken Bouillon Powder
- 1/3 cup Salt
Directions
- Put all of the spices into a glass jar with a tightly-fitted lid. Shake the mixture well to combine and then place in a cool, dry area until ready to use.
