A classic Pisco Fizz cocktail is given vibrant red color with the addition of Sloe gin; a red liqueur flavored with sloe berries.

Place all of the ingredients, except for the orange twist and the soda, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a tall cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
Top the drink with the soda and then garnish with the orange zest twist; serve immediately.
