- 1/2 jar roasted red bell peppers
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Place the roasted red peppers, cottage cheese and lime juice into a food processor and blend until smooth.
