Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups finely chopped red onion (2 medium)
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped tomato (1 medium)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (3 medium)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a glass bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
