Use this fresh raw tomato mixture as a topping for Bruschetta; Italian grilled bread rubbed with garlic, sprinkled with salt and pepper and drizzled with olive oil.
Ingredients
- 6 Vine Ripened Tomatoes
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture is pureed.
- Transfer to a dip bowl and serve with some Italian Bruschetta straight from the oven.
