Use this fresh raw tomato mixture as a topping for Bruschetta; Italian grilled bread rubbed with garlic, sprinkled with salt and pepper and drizzled with olive oil.


  • 6 Vine Ripened Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture is pureed.
  2. Transfer to a dip bowl and serve with some Italian Bruschetta straight from the oven.
