Raspberry and Rhubarb blended frozen daiquiri. Requires Rhubarb Elixir which can be found HERE.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 cups Rhubarb Elixir
  • 4 ounces white rum
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
