Raspberry smoothie, a quick and pleasing snack for young and old.


  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup raspberry nonfat frozen yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Few drops peppermint extract (optional)
  • Sugar-free black raspberry soda


  1. Blend together the raspberries and frozen yogurt. Mix in the lemon juice and peppermint extract.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and mix in soda.
