A wonderfully light, sweet and citrusy cocktail.


  • 2 ounces Raspberry Syrup
  • 2 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice without pulp
  • Ice
  • Champagne


  1. Place the raspberry syrup and the orange juice into a cocktail shaker and fill 2/3 full with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously for a few seconds, and then strain into 4 pre-chilled martini glasses.
  3. Top with champagne and serve.
