Serve this moist bread at breakfast or tea. Blueberries  can be used instead of raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup raspberries

Directions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  2. Mix together molasses, yogurt, butter and egg; mix thoroughly.
  3. Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
  4. Fold in raspberries.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
