Serve this moist bread at breakfast or tea. Blueberries can be used instead of raspberries.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup raspberries
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- Mix together molasses, yogurt, butter and egg; mix thoroughly.
- Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
- Fold in raspberries.
- Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
