Creamy, ranch flavored hash browns.
- 2 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 (7/8 ounce) packages Ranch dressing mix
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
- Place the hash browns in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, pour over the hash browns. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir.
