This creamy and fluffy drink made with lemon juice, gin, heavy cream and egg white is the perfect cocktail to serve with brunch.


  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange flower water
  • Cold club soda


  1. Place the gin, lemon juice, lime juice, egg white, cream, sugar, and orange flower water into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 35 seconds to combine.
  2. Strain the mixture into a highball glass, top with club soda and serve immediately.
