Ingredients
- Chicken liver
- Dry bread crumbs
- Water chestnuts
- Bacon
- Toothpicks
Directions
- Wrap a piece of breaded chicken liver (about 3/4-inch round), and a half slice of water chestnut in a half slice of bacon, secure with toothpick; place 1/2-inch apart on a cookie sheet; bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Should be frozen ahead of time before baking.
