Sweet and crunchy raisin sauce over ham.


  • 1 pound lean ready-to-eat ham steak
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) raisins


  1. Brown the ham in a greased skillet. Remove and arrange on a platter.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredient and heat on high. Stir constantly until reduced to only a few tablespoons of liquid. Serve over the ham.
