Sweet and crunchy raisin sauce over ham.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ready-to-eat ham steak
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) raisins
Directions
- Brown the ham in a greased skillet. Remove and arrange on a platter.
- Mix together the remaining ingredient and heat on high. Stir constantly until reduced to only a few tablespoons of liquid. Serve over the ham.
