Slow cooker raisin bread pudding.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups dry French bread cubes
  • 2/3 cups raisins
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with butter flavored cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the bread cubes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the raisins.
  3. In a bowl mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the bread cubes. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
