Slow cooker raisin bread pudding.
- 6 cups dry French bread cubes
- 2/3 cups raisins
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Spray the slow cooker with butter flavored cooking spray.
- Arrange the bread cubes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the raisins.
- In a bowl mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the bread cubes. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
