Easy to make Raisin Bran Cereal Muffins taste great any time. The batter may be stored in the refrigerator, tightly sealed, for up to 6 weeks.
Ingredients
- 1, 15 ounce package Raisin Bran cereal
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 5 cups flour
Directions
- Cream together margarine and sugar; add eggs. Mix well. Sift flour, salt and baking soda together. Add alternately with buttermilk and bran cereal. Mix well.
- Fill greased muffin cups 2/3's full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
