Ingredients

  • 1, 6 ounce bag of radishes
  • a bowl of ice water

Directions

  1. With paring knife, cut 5 or 6 very thin slices from sides of each radish. Place radishes in bowl of ice water; cover bowl; refrigerate until petals open.
