Ingredients
- Bars:
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- Frosting:
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Beat oil, eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Add remaining bar ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into ungreased 15" x 10" jelly roll pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350F.
- Cool completely and frost. Store covered in refrigerator.
- To prepare frosting: Beat all frosting ingredients until creamy.
