- 2 pound lean pork roast, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Mix together all the ingredients. Simmer covered for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
