Slow cooker vanilla fudge.
- 2 cups vanilla chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chopped almonds, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix together the chips and milk in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir and then cook on low until hot and smooth.
- Mix in the almonds and vanilla. Pour into a greased pan and spread until even. Cover and chill before cutting into squares.
